1983 the first factory Hebei Tuhuang was founded in Hebei, dedicated to produce high quality products to customers nationally.2003 Shanghai Tuhuang International, begin to exporting product to worldwide customers
2008 Another factory Xindalai Auxiliary Co., Ltd was founded to producing high quality rubber accelerators.
2011 Rumical ( St Petersburg) was set up
2014 Rumical ( Istanbul) Was set up
